Creating Awareness Through Breathing

About Meditation

Meditation is a practice focused on finding a place of stillness and calm with your breath and body. It’s called a practice because there is absolutely no way to “win” at meditation. There is a misconception that it’s purely about quieting the mind, which creates a stigma that you’re either good at it or not, when in reality it’s an act of awareness that you’ve drifted off into a thought that ultimately drives your energy back to center.
